The positive tests started rolling in on Sunday, Oct. 4, then two more positive cases were confirmed among Worcester firefighters.
The quarantine is effecting two stations and 30 firefighters who will quarantine due to contact with their colleagues.
The quarantine should not impact services to the city, City Manager Edward Augustus Jr., told the Worcester Telegram & Gazette.
The fire stations have been cleaned and the city plans to follow up with contact tracing,
